Moisten two cotton pads with toner (do not drench). Gently press into the face, using an upward motion. For a soothing effect, spray toner directly onto face and neck and pat gently into skin. Repeat use as needed. Use morning and evening.
Caution: Avoid eye contact. If product enters eyes, rinse with cool water. Do not use on broken or damaged skin.
